Cost depends on many factors – equipment access, complexity of the project scope, custom design elements, materials selected & more. Because of this, it's challenging to provide exact pricing online, as each job is unique.

But, we know you're asking this question & you want answers. The information below is a guideline to help you gauge what a typical investment might look like.
Small Retaining Wall
$10,000 - $35,000
Structural, load-bearing walls made of natural stone or manufactured block. Hydrostatic pressure (drainage) management included for long-term stability.
Paver Patio – 15'x15' (225 SF)
$25,000 - $30,000
Pricing reflects the average cost of a standard, modestly-sized paver patio and includes site repair & lawn restoration.
Pricing can vary substantially depending on equipment access, the patio's shape, the amount of saw cutting required & customized design elements.

Pricing reflects the average cost of a relatively standard, roomy-sized paver patio and includes site repair & lawn restoration.

Large, high-end and complex patios can range from roughly $45,000 - $75,000+

Fire Pit – Wood Burning

Average cost for a standard wood-burning fire pit.

Upgrade fuel source to gas for roughly $1,500-$2,500 more, depending on the gas line's run length and whether a manual or electronic ignition is used.
Custom Fireplace – Gas
$10,000 - $20,000+
Pricing can vary substantially depending on the materials used, the desired level of customization, and the gas line's run length.
The lower end of the pricing scale is reflective of a modestly-sized fireplace using standardized materials.

Higher end pricing may be reflective of custom masonry stonework, a large-scale fire feature that requires a substantial footing, or a long gas line.
Outdoor BBQ & Kitchen
$20,000 - $40,000+
A luxury addition to any outdoor living space. Pricing reflects the structural build-out & finishing elements, solid stone countertop surface, gas line installation & hookup, piped-in water supply and appliances.

Pricing can vary substantially depending on the countertop material used, mechanical elements (gas & water lines), size of the structure & specific appliances used.
Design Drafting
$1,500 - $3,000
We offer professionally drafted hardscape & outdoor living design services to help you visualize your investment.

Services may include 3D renderings, video fly-throughs and buildable plans for construction.
Landscape Lighting
$5,000 - $15,000+
This pricing is reflective of the installation of all elements required for a beautiful outdoor lighting experience, allowing for maximum use of an outdoor living space.
​
Services include the installation of a smart transformer, lighting fixtures, wire, cable & connections.
​
We find that the sweet spot for the best value between cost investment and quantity of fixtures is around the $8,000 - $9,000 mark.
Pathways & Walkways
$5,000 - $20,000
The size and length of the desired walkway is the biggest factor for variance in price. The walkway's shape – and the amount of saw cutting required – is also a factor. Curved pathways require more labor hours, for example.

This service might look like a solid, manufactured paver walkway or irregular flagstone steppers. The possibilities are limitless.

Fiberglass Swimming Pools
$125,000 - $275,000+
Pricing is highly variable depending on the pool's size and the desired amount of pool decking.
​
Small pools with minimal decking will be on the lower end of the price scale, while larger pools with substantial decking will cost more.
​
We've found that the sweet spot for value with a medium to large sized pool with ample decking tends to be closer to the $175,000 - $200,00 range, depending on options selected.​​
Water Management Solutions
$5,000 - $15,000
Drainage solutions might look like anything from underground, solid-wall PVC piping, to grade correction, French drains, catch basins & more.
