We're an award winning landscaping contractor based in Cambridge, Wisconsin. We specialize in hardscape design/build & outdoor living installations. The majority of our projects include elements like retaining walls, paver patios, fire features and outdoor kitchens.

​Position Summary
As a Landscape Foreman, you will serve as a leader on our production team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily field operations to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. You'll identify, organize and direct tasks for our crew members in the field while working alongside them.
Quality is absolutely essential to our operation. We don't cut corners to rush our production schedule. You must be detail oriented and strive for perfection on every project. As a member of our staff, you commit to treating our client's projects as if they were your own.

In the winter months, you'll transition to leading our field operations for snow removal. You'll focus on our large commercial accounts route. Because of this, snow plowing experience is helpful.

About You​
​

You're an experienced hardscape professional​ who's comfortable working on paver patio & retaining wall sites with little to no supervision.
​

You're a leader who can delegate tasks to other crew members and make decisions for the team as challenges arise in the field.
​

You're courteous with a friendly personality. You're someone who will treat our existing, tenured staff with respect, and you can carry a polite conversation with homeowners as needed.
​

You're reliable – you'll show up everyday and on time. Our team is small, and we depend on everyone to get the job done.
​

You're comfortable working as a team. You'll supervise your own field team daily, and you'll also work with our owner (he's in the field) and administrative project manager to successfully complete projects on time & on budget.

Requirements:
​

Three (3) years experience in foreman position leading crew members
​
-
Landscaping and hardscaping experience required
​
-
Possession of valid driver license without restrictions
​

Desired: Possession of CDL, or ability to obtain company-paid CDL
​

Transportation to our warehouse in Cambridge, Wisconsin
​
-
Ability to work from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM+ during peak landscaping season
​

Ability to work overnight & weekend hours during snow removal season
​
-
Possession of smart phone for clocking in & for using our project management app
​
-
Ability to abide by, monitor, and enforce field safety policies
​

Interest in growing with our team – we're looking for someone who sees themselves with us in 5 years from now.

Compensation & Benefits:

$25-35 per hour plus regular overtime (if desired)

Monday - Friday landscaping work week (no weekends)

Nearly all tools, equipment & attachments to make your life easier – multiple excavators, Engcon tilt rotator, hydra grapple, track skid steers (one wheel machine), stand-on skid steers (Bobcat MT100s), plate compactors, roller compactor, jumping jack, soil conditioner/harley rake, rock hound, vacuum lift for pavers, multiple clamps for wall block & step units, RAM 5500 dump trucks, full-sized quad axle dump truck, etc. If it'll make your life easier, we have it. And if we don't, we're open to buying it for you.

​Position Summary
As a member of our Snow Field Crew, you'll serve a critical role in our field production operations to keep our client's properties safe and accessible in the winter months. You'll operate a snowplow and/or salter, depending on the assigned equipment (truck or skid steer). You will also perform a limited amount of shoveling on sites as needed.

About You​

You're handy and have some construction or trade experience. Extra bonus points if you're experienced with snowplowing.

You're comfortable taking direction from the more tenured members on our staff.
