We're an award winning landscaping contractor based in Cambridge, Wisconsin. We specialize in hardscape design + build installations. The majority of our projects include elements like retaining walls, paver patios, fire pits, fire places and outdoor kitchens.
Position Summary
As a Landscape Foreman, you will serve as a leader on our production team. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily field operations to ensure timely and quality completion of projects. You'll identify, organize and direct tasks for our crew members in the field while working alongside them.
Quality is absolutely essential to our operation. We don't cut corners to rush our production schedule. You must be detail oriented and strive for perfection on every project. As a member of our staff, you commit to treating our client's projects as if they were your own.
In the winter months, you'll transition to leading our field operations for snow removal. You'll focus on our large commercial accounts route. Because of this, snow plowing experience is helpful.
Requirements:

Three (3) years experience in foreman position leading crew members

Landscaping and hardscaping experience required

Clean driving record desired - must have ability to obtain company-paid CDL

No restrictions on your driver license

Possession of CDL, or ability to obtain company-paid CDL

Transportation to our warehouse in Cambridge, Wisconsin

Ability to work from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM during peak landscaping season

Ability to work overnight hours during snow removal season
Compensation & Benefits:

$30/hour + overtime during M-F work week (no weekends)

Company IRA plan + 3% company match

No weekends during landscaping season (weekends required during snow removal season)

All company vehicles and equipment are new and regularly replaced to ensure staff has access to safe and reliable equipment
